How does it work? Our approach is flexible; each MOT differs depending on the client. Our most popular MOT is the comprehensive general overview, where we learn about your business and help identify strategic marketing strengths that can then be used to enhance your marketing. We look at your brand as a whole, how you communicate via your website and social media platforms, how you attract new customers, and the image your customer engagement portrays. We identify what is working and what isn’t, plus we make suggestions of what could be introduced to improve your marketing effectiveness.
What does it include? In total, you get 3 hours of our time. Prior to our visit, we spend around an hour evaluating your digital footprint and how your brand and business present themselves online. We then spend around 2 hours with you at your business to help gain real insight into what you do and bounce around ideas. The latter part of the session involves writing up a 10-point plan with clear and actionable recommendations for you to implement.
Aftercare: For some clients, the MOT is enough to get them back on track without any further assistance, while others require some additional support. We recommend all MOT clients book a quarterly review after the MOT to evaluate progress since the MOT and create new objectives. For those clients that require extra help to put the initial recommendations in place, we offer pay-as-you-go (by the hour) marketing support at a reduced rate.
