BRANDING SESSION: This session helps you understand, establish, and build your brand. It includes identifying existing brand values, creating a new brand, or exploring the possibility of a rebrand. Approximately 3 hours.

STRATEGIC MARKETING MENTORING With a world full of digital marketers and content creators, we are regularly called upon to help give third-party impartial advice to existing marketing managers looking for some specialist strategic support to accelerate their marketing planning and longer-term growth strategy. This can be an off-one session to give some strategic guidance and bounce ideas, or something a bit more regular. Price dependent on brief and hours needed.

INHOUSE MARKETING SERVICES: This is a popular service for new and growing businesses that need help executing marketing activities without the constraints or costs of employing a full-time permanent marketing manager. We can guide, create, and execute your marketing for any timeframe, by the hour, day, or something more regular. Please note that this service carries a minimum of four hours per session. Price dependent on brief and hours needed.

WEBSITE EVALUATION: Thinking about upgrading your website? Websites aren’t just all about the visuals! Your website needs to be well designed visually, but the content needs to reflect your sector and target audience. We will review your website, highlight areas that could be improved, and include a critique of your competitor’s site.

SOCIAL MEDIA EVALUATION: Social media is only really effective when it is consistent, targeted, and relevant. This process includes a critique of your social media and gives feedback on your communications from a strategic marketing viewpoint, suggesting how to build content that will build your credibility, business positioning, and customer base.

COMPETITOR REVIEW: Build your strategic advantage by learning about your main competitors, and let us identify the key strategic advantages of your business to strengthen your market position and increase your customer base.

PRODUCT/SERVICE REVIEW: Is your product or service operating at its optimum level? This is paramount for any business and a process many large and global brands undertake on a regular basis. Ensuring your product is being implemented as intended is vital to any dynamic marketing strategy. We act as your customer and review your product or service from an initial delivery viewpoint. However, in addition to this, we also look at your strategic positioning to highlight key strengths and areas for development and ensure your marketing is aligned. Costs start at £120 and range to £400 for an overnight hotel review. 

INTERVIEW GUIDANCE: We are regularly asked by clients to be part of their interview panel when recruiting for marketing posts. We can ensure the right marketing questions are asked, together with ascertaining real marketing knowledge, to ensure you recruit the best candidate for the role.

SHORT TERM BUSINESS AND MARKETING SUPPORT: If you don’t have a current marketing manager or are operating with a skeleton crew, we can help fill the gap to ensure your business and marketing activities remain on track. We have undertaken a range of short-term placements to help keep things moving during stressful periods of staff shortages, in the absence of a full management team, and during corporate restructuring. The price is dependent on the type and volume of work.
